Silicon Pastures Angel Education Session: Terms Sheets & Tax Benefits  John McDonald from Godfrey & Kahn will use case study examples to walk prospective investors through the question of what it's really like to make an angel investment. A Case Study of Early-Stage Funding John McDonald is a shareholder in the Godfrey Kahn's Corporate Law Practice Group, Technology & Digital Business Practice Group and co-chair of the Emerging Companies Practice Group. He is a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and the Knowledge Management Committee. John was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 2006 and has been with the firm since September 2006.
